First things first, What are Blogger static pages?
Static pages in blogger allows you to create pages for Contact me, Privacy and Policy, About Me and many more on an independent pages that are linked from your blog. This kind of page doesn't appear in the home page, don't have a label, and are not indexed as archive pages although it come out the same as post pages.
