For my first SOUNDTRIP post, I will take you to something close to my heart.  A kind of music that I'm truly proud of. The music of my own mother land, OPM.


OPM or Original Pinoy Music was originally referred only to Filipino pop songs, especially those in the ballad form; that were popularized in the 1970s through the mid-1990s. Later on, it grown into a
blanket term for Philippine popular music, including genres such as Pinoy Rock, Pinoy Jazz and Pinoy Alternative.

On this post I will share to you my top 5 OPM songs of all time. This has nothing to do with any music charts out there.So here it is:
